Denver, CO – My Father’s House (“MFH”), a leader in supporting justice-impacted individuals, has entered into a groundbreaking partnership with RiseKit, a workforce development platform designed  to create a more inclusive and equitable workforce in Colorado by connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities.

This collaboration brings the innovative RiseKit platform to MFH’s career navigation and job placement services. By integrating RiseKit, MFH will enhance its ability to connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities, providing access to job training, wraparound support services, and fair-chance employers.

This partnership addresses a critical challenge in Colorado’s booming economy: a growing skills gap that hinders economic growth and leaves valuable talent untapped. RiseKit is uniquely positioned to bridge this gap by creating a connected ecosystem that empowers individuals, employers, and community organizations.

Key Objectives of the Partnership:

“We are thrilled to partner with RiseKit in empowering our participants to achieve meaningful careers,” said Jim Blum, CEO of My Father’s House. “This partnership aligns with our mission to break barriers for justice-impacted individuals and create pathways to economic independence.”

“RiseKit is honored to collaborate with My Father’s House to advance inclusive workforce solutions in Colorado,” said Brie Foresman, Colorado Community Lead at RiseKit. “Our shared vision is to create a connected and thriving ecosystem where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.”

RiseKit will support MFH with access to its platform, comprehensive staff training, and data-driven tools to achieve shared workforce development goals. This partnership marks a significant milestone in MFH’s mission to empower justice-impacted individuals and RiseKit’s dedication to creating community-driven employment solutions. Together, they aim to inspire hope and opportunity while driving measurable social change.
